The hotel is in a very previlege location, close to the center, but still in a very safe area of the city, right across a shopping mall. The restaurant has great meals, the service was excellent.

The location despite not having a beach is comfortable to go for a walk and is very fast transit to move to the beaches of the island.. The breakfast is very good and varied. The friendliness of the staff. The room is comfortable and clean.

The staff is very helpful and extremely kind. There is a lot to do around the hotel and in the hotel- if you wanted to never get in a cab and just chill in this area, you would be fine. Huge mall across the street and great dining all around. The hotel dining is good as well. The hotel is older , but they have kept up with it well.

The location, the room and the breakfast were excellent! The gym is quite small and limited. Thankfully, I could run on the track by the beach.

Great location for the hotel but the room are a little dated. The breakfast was very good and wifi was spotty at times. The cigar lounge on the main level is excellent with amazing staff!

The breakfast is amazing, with lots of options (buffet style). The hotel staff is really polite and helpful. The location is great, in front of Beiramar and just a few steps from the BeiraMar shopping mall. The infinite pool is beautiful.

The kindness and quality of service provided by the entire staff, at the reception, check in, luggage handling, check out and early morning taxi to the airport, was very special. Rating 10 for the entire team.
